Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
  • Effectively communicate with the service team to coordinate table assignments and ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu offerings, and any current promotions or events.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.


Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • At least 18 years of age (unless permitted by law)
  • High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day preferred
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
