**Description**

* Work in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment; perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner; work as a part of a team as well as complete assignments independently; take instructions from Manager; interact with co?workers, Managers, guests and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.

* Remove dirty dishes from guest tables, using proper cleaning method. Reset tables at conclusion of each meal.

* Make sure all tables are set correctly according to AURO Hotels and Brand standards.

* Properly set up server station per meal period.

* Keep server station clean and clear of dishes, glassware, etc.

* Report all incidents (compliments/complaints) to Manager.

* Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.

* Help in restaurant/outlet/kitchen when extra duties are assigned.

* Work independently with little supervision.
