Bethesda, MD / IT Services / Full-time **Customer Service Representative** Carderock Naval Surface Warfare Center, Bethesda, MD (20817) Salary Negotiable - Full Time with Benefits Start Date: June 2022 Your work will involve providing NMCI service delivery support for NSWC Carderock users. You will provide phone, computer, and printer support, modification, and inventory management.

+ DOD Secret Security Clearance

+ Two years of experience working with Microsoft Office 365, NMCI (or equivalent) systems (NET, and SRM), supporting the NMCI (or equivalent) contract; including documenting and tracking seat order and delivery status, promulgating changes and information to users, customer support, financial reporting to division management, account creation, and oversight of the Move add change process.

+ One of the following certifications: A+ CE Certificate, CCNA Certificate, Security+ CE Certificate, CND Certificate, Network+ CE, or SSCP Certificate

+ Current Operating System (Microsoft) training
