**Were looking for an Administrative Customer Service Superstar**

This employee will be trained in aspects of Heartline Fitness support operations and the customer journey. Heartline uses an advanced and customized CRM/ERP system, NetSuite, to manage its operations and key performance indicators (KPI's). Through this system, we achieve operational excellence and communicate as one team to execute on our brand promises to our customers and vendors.

We are looking for an individual that looks forward to client and vendor interaction and can multi task on a high level as part of our Procurement & Installation Team. Experience in handling incoming/outbound calls and emails, web requests and order tracking are ideal.

**Skillset:** Position requires an exceptional, organized and dependable candidate with the commitment and the drive to work on a team of individual top-performers. Meticulous data entry skills, detail-oriented to both catch mistakes and detect missing information. Great verbal and written communication skills put customers at ease and ensure vendors are fully informed.

**Requirements:**

* 1 year NetSuite or comparable CRM experience in a customer service position required; training in our use of NetSuite will be provided.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

* Answer inbound calls from customers, technicians and vendors. Our goal: One Heartline rep handles one call from start to customers completion whenever possible.

* Manage the 2-step phone and email tracking process: Getting status updates from vendors and sharing the relevant information with customers to ensure every delivery and every installation goes off flawlessly. This position carries the bulk of the responsibility for this key part of our Customer Service. Includes updating the necessary NetSuite fields with key data.

* Provide support for processing customer orders for equipment, including contacting vendors for shipping details, turnaround times, etc.

* Serve as the final stop on the crucial customer scheduling timeline.

* Validate and Update customer information in NetSuite.

* Maintain this positions key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports daily.

* Additional Responsibilities as Needed.

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Hourly Wages:** $16.00 - $18.00 depending on experience
