**What you'll do:**

* Prepare amazing creations from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results

* Know and comply consistently with kitchen practices, cooking methods, quality standards, safety and sanitation

* Cook food to order using a variety of kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment where quality matters

* Serve food using proper portions and always make sure the presentation looks great

* Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards

* You get to be on stage in our beautiful open kitchen!

You are someone that has experience in a kitchen preparing and cooking food. You thrive in a fast-paced, loud environment and can stand for long periods. You have no problem bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. You speak, read and understand English and are available to work on holidays and/or weekends.
