- Supervising professional treatment teams and program support staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Overseeing clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership and training to ensure excellent clinical care, customer services, and compliance.
- Coordinating workflows with other Sheppard Pratt clinics, focusing on standardization of operations and change management.
- Ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements, CARF regulations, and business workflows.

What we need from you.
- Social worker
- A master's degree
- Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Counselor
- A master's degree
- Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Psychologist
- A doctorate degree in Psychology (PsyD) or a doctorate degree in Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology
- Maryland Licensed Psychologist
