Job Summary:

The main purpose of the job is to interact professionally with our valued customers to provide them an excellent service, as well as giving support to all the activities of Customer Service/Purchasing department, handling several cross-functional activities



Key Duties:
  • Follow all the procedures related to the receiving (even through NSO channel), forwarding to the Distribution List and checking prices (contract review) of Italian customer orders
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner; resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner or address it to the competent department
  • Handle the electronic transmission of the all the invoices/self invoices/DDTs though the dedicated platform, including the responsibility of the daily control of invoices issued/transferred and the resolution of any issue
  • Organizing return shipments of faulty instruments/kits from customers and to the suppliers shipments of samples to Italian customers, including the follow up with all the departments involved
  • Production of relevant paperwork to execute the daily activities (i.e. delivery notes, invoices, proforma invoices, forms for new customers)
  • Draw up the assigned reports related to the Customer Service/Purchasing activities
  • Support/handle any other activity related to Customer Service/Purchasing, if assigned
  • Back up for the other members of Customer Service, when needed
  • File all the documents generated by Customer Service/Purchasing team, when needed


Qualifications:
  • 5 years High School degree/diploma (commercial / foreign languages)
  • Previous customer service experience in International environment is preferred
  • English base/intermediate
  • Driving license
  • Team player
  • Customer oriented, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and propensity to assist people
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Preferred knowledge of ERP (Infor-XA; AS/400)
  • Preferred knowledge of Sales Force
