* **Job Schedule:** Sunday - Thursday, 5:00 AM 1:30 PM

* **Starting Pay:** $13.00 per hour

* Position is immediately available

**Position Summary**

The Prep Cook Associate is responsible for food prep work in a commercial kitchen environment for Revolution Foods. This will include preparing bulk ingredients following basic recipes, mixing, blanching, boiling, blending, chopping, slicing, dicing. Works with a high-level of independence and as part of a team, to meet daily production plan needs. Displays good knowledge of the daily routines and expectations, and has completed food related training modules. Follows food quality standards, accurate documentation of heating and cooling HACCP compliance, and maintains temperature logs. **if this is you, apply with us today!** **Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years cooking experience in a fast paced culinary or high-volume kitchen environment.

* Experience working in a commercial environment with bulk cooking equipment is preferred.

* Related degree or cooking credentials from a recognized culinary institution is a plus.

* Works well with others and participates as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements Include, but are not Limited to:**

* Ability to stand frequently.

* Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

* Ability to bend, twist, and perform hand and arm motions.

* **Ability to work in refrigerated environment.**
