**POSITION SUMMARY**

Communicate and Coordinate information between families and unit staff.

**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent

**Skills:** Must be able to understand direction, communicate and respond to inquiries; requires effective interpersonal skills

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

Skills: Prefer a background and experience in a medically related field.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

Physical Demands: Must be able to move about hospital and between workstations
