Customer Service Representative:
- Receive shipments into the warehouse using computer aided functions
- Overseeing receiving and managing deliveries
- Maintains filing systems and documents
- Able to operate various types of Forklift
- Assist with Internet orders, entering and communicating with customers and customer service
- Monitoring inventories and shipment transactions for accuracy
- Performs other duties as assigned depending on area supported
Customer Service Representative
- Proven experience in customer service and/or warehouse management
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office suite.
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
