This is how you will grow:

The Body Shop Technician is responsible for completing vehicle preparation for body shop painting including body panel removal/installation, dismantle/re-install vehicle interior, and parts replacement
  • Perform collision related diagnostic evaluation on vehicles
  • Perform quality audits or inspection
  • Ensure that all repairs meet the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Alert Supervisor of any unusual or reoccurring faults with vehicles
  • Remove/ install parts.
  • Prep panels for paint


Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of body shop experience
  • Extensive Volkswagen and/or Audi product knowledge preferred
  • Experience with VW/Audi diagnostic tools and equipment programs preferred
  • Technical familiarity with Volkswagen / Audi diagnostics
  • Driver license and ability to drive manual (stick-shift)
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking - using logic and reason, creative and strategic
  • Communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and written
  • Integration - joining people, processes or systems
  • Problem solving
  • Resource management
