The Body Shop Technician is responsible for completing vehicle preparation for body shop painting including body panel removal/installation, dismantle/re-install vehicle interior, and parts replacement

This is how you will grow:
The Body Shop Technician is responsible for completing vehicle preparation for body shop painting including body panel removal/installation, dismantle/re-install vehicle interior, and parts replacement
- Perform collision related diagnostic evaluation on vehicles
- Perform quality audits or inspection
- Ensure that all repairs meet the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Alert Supervisor of any unusual or reoccurring faults with vehicles
- Remove/ install parts.
- Prep panels for paint
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of body shop experience
- Extensive Volkswagen and/or Audi product knowledge preferred
- Experience with VW/Audi diagnostic tools and equipment programs preferred
- Technical familiarity with Volkswagen / Audi diagnostics
- Driver license and ability to drive manual (stick-shift)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking - using logic and reason, creative and strategic
- Communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and written
- Integration - joining people, processes or systems
- Problem solving
- Resource management
