This is how you will grow:
The Body Shop Technician is responsible for completing vehicle preparation for body shop painting including body panel removal/installation, dismantle/re-install vehicle interior, and parts replacement
Perform collision related diagnostic evaluation on vehicles
Perform quality audits or inspection
Ensure that all repairs meet the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and quality standards
Alert Supervisor of any unusual or reoccurring faults with vehicles
Remove/ install parts.
Prep panels for paint
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of body shop experience
Extensive Volkswagen and/or Audi product knowledge preferred
Experience with VW/Audi diagnostic tools and equipment programs preferred
Technical familiarity with Volkswagen / Audi diagnostics
Driver license and ability to drive manual (stick-shift)
Analytical and conceptual thinking - using logic and reason, creative and strategic
Communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and written
Integration - joining people, processes or systems
Problem solving
Resource management
