**Description**

The DME Courier is responsible for making deliveries, providing services and ensuring external partners have the necessary product in all the supply vaults. Ensure all devices are working and paper bills are collected. Continue to provide white glove service that has been established to guarantee the most efficient and effective customer service; and other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

* Valid drivers license and ability to pass motor vehicle records checks upon hire and through routine review.

* 2 years minimum driving history preferred.

* Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured is required; candidate must be listed as a covered driver on the vehicles insurance policy.

* Minimum bodily injury insurance liability coverage of $100,000 for one person injured in an accident and $300,000 for all people injured in one accident is required to be held by the employee and must be maintained throughout employment.

* Ability to drive in a safe and responsible manner while practicing defensive driving skills.

* Accurate typing and data entry skills.

* Excellent organization skills.

* Basic knowledge of software used by department.

* Knowledge of general customer service practices.

* Effective verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with team members and public.
