** Dining Server (KHCC)**

** Warm Hearth Village**

Warm Hearth is searching for dedicated dining servers to become part of the team at the Kroontje Health Care Center. **No previous experience in food service is required**--we're looking for people with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work as a part of a team. We provide company-paid ServSafe certification and CPR/FA, along with uniforms and work shoes.

This position can be a stepping stone to further career opportunities throughout Warm Hearth Village and the wider healthcare field. This is a great way to get your foot in the door in dining services and at Warm Hearth Village.

**The expected starting rate for this position is $12**.

We also have a robust benefits package. FT employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire. In this role, you will:

* Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner

* Assure dining room is cleaned and stocked

* Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment

* Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner according to local and state guidelines

* Communicate suggestions from residents to managers
