In the BDC we focus on the relationship management of Harley Davidson of DCs customers and the seamless flow of our sales experience process. This position is focused on the detail of communication and follow-up, as it is the key to success.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Business Development- Data mining Elead Outbound Calls:

+ Trade In

+ Credit Application

+ New Inventory

+ Internet Lead

+ Unsold Appointments and Follow Ups

+ Servicing

* Event RSVP confirmation.

* Set appointment confirmation.

* Handle telephone transactions with an upbeat and friendly tone.

* Answer all customer questions in a timely manner.

* Perform other related tasks as assigned or requested.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

* Self Motivated

* Customer experience background.

* Call center experience preferred.

* Computer skills with Customer Relationship Management software (Eleads), a plus.

* Superior verbal and written communication skills.
