**Description**
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Monitor reception desk, medical alert system and fire panel. Demonstrate complete knowledge of systems and prompt accurate response
* Represent the department in such a way as to exhibit maximum professionalism, accuracy, attention to detail and overall competence
* As receptionist, receive and direct visitor's and clients, providing information as necessary
* Receive, direct and/or take messages for all incoming telephone calls for the management staff
* Receive, open date and distribute all mail
* Organize and maintain a variety of files and reference sources; maintain filling system
* Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments as requested
* Assist the preparation of projects
* Conduct building rounds as assigned
