Responsibilities
Ensure accurate packaging of outbound parts orders and receipt of incoming parts
Fill, package and mark parts orders to meet delivery schedules; pick and pack orders for counter staff
Receive ordered parts and check items for damage, correct quantities, or back orders
Help with stocking and posting orders upon arrival to expedite delivery
Assist parts drivers in loading and unloading parts and report low inventory to Parts Manager
Pull orders from printed packing slips for both customers and shop repair orders; handle core returns and help with physical inventory counts
Load and unload stock merchandise
Maintain parts and supplies inventories in an organized manner, rotating or shifting stock as needed
Prepare seasonal parts/accessories displays and warehouse shelves as directed
Order and ship emergency parts from vendors to customers
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred
Strong communication and customer relations skills
Excellent math and reading comprehension skills
General understanding of various functions of a distribution center
Warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience preferred
Strong computer and software skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
