* Prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines

* Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements

* Communicate individual inventory needs for work center

* Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times

* Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required

* Actively participates in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Utilize electronic documentation and ONEPLM

* Perform 6S activities as required

* Strives for operational excellence by promoting a team based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in safety and preventative maintenance programs, strives for cost reduction, and commits to on time, complete, and error free shipments.

* Assembles cartons and containers and prepares products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications.

* Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area.

* Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.

* Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria.

* Invests in employee involvement and development by fostering personal growth, being responsible and accountable, being passionate towards the success of the business and treating all with dignity and respect.
