Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks to ensure the suitability of candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to various HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.
