The CTS will oversee the ticketing operations within the five different campground levels.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DODirect and supervise ticket takers and other employees performing similar services as directedProvide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaintsOn an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific detailsEnsure staff is receiving breaks throughout their shiftsAssist management to ensure compliance with all Campground policies and procedures to include all safety regulationsOversee productivity and work assignments of the ticket taker and remain in communication with Camping Management about any challenges and the status of all assignments before the shift ends.Collaborate with other venue teams for up- to date information to ensure efficiencyManage technological equipment including scanners and radios throughout the concert seasonAssign and schedule team members to specific duties.Other duties as assigned by Camping ManagementWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Must be willing to be present on as needed to fulfill all job requirements including but not limited to all show days as well as the days leading up to and post-showRequires excellent communication skills, both verbally and writtenExhibits strong problem-solving skills in long term and immediate situationsAbility to perform all job duties and responsibilitiesEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
