The objective is to empower customer to self-resolve issues, and when not possible then provide the fastest streamlined help in the industry. You should be comfortable with understanding business domain requirements and converting those requirements into engineering requirements, architecting broad systems interactions, while being very hands-on, with the ability to dive deep into any part of the stack and higher-level system interactions.
