Job description

**Receptionist/Concierge (717)**

at Smartronix Hollywood, MD Smartronix is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Front-Desk Concierge to serve as the first impression of employees, guests, and clients. The positions are part-time with an expected 20 - 22 hours per week.

Duties Include:

* Answer a multi-line phone system

* Greet and assist all in office -- many will be visiting for a day or days and unfamiliar with the space

* Perform basic IT troubleshooting such as providing direction on how to connect to Wi-Fi and printers and helping with printer supply refills

* Guide employees and guests to reserved office locations and familiarize them with the office

* Maintain stock and appearance of common break areas

* Guide out-of-town guests with local information

* Provide guidance on food service delivery options in the local area

* Ensure conference rooms are ready for use

* Ensure safety protocols are followed

* Assist with extra support for large meetings - such as coordinating food and beverages

* Support the Security Department with various administrative tasks

Required Skills and Experience:

* Clearance: None, but must be eligible to obtain

* Clear verbal and written skills, ability to multi-task, professional demeanor

* Strong IT software skills and ability to trouble shoot IT problems (with prepared guidance from IT) and either resolve or refer to helpdesk

* Customer service experience

* Desire to ensure a delightful user experience of our office

Desired:

* 2 year of experience in an office setting.
