CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Operations Manager to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

**What Youll Get To Do:**

+ Responsible for support of program business and functional operations

+ Identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas

+ May support the Program Manager in planning, monitoring the program activities

+ Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences.

+ Act as project leader for projects with complex or voluminous documentation and may provide or coordinate special documentation services as required.

**Youll Bring These Qualifications:**

+ Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain

+ 3 years of experience and a MA/MS degree, or 12 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements

+ Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a projects inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs

+ Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff

+ Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues

+ Consult with the client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions

**These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:**

+ Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

+ Knowledge of the Sponsors organization, mission, and partners

+ Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
