- Design and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify data science opportunities.
- Lead the development and deployment of predictive models and analytics solutions to solve business challenges.
- Conduct data exploration and visualization to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain and enhance the data analytics platforms to support ongoing analytics and data science projects.
- Provide guidance on best practices in data science and analytics within the team and organization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovation in data analytics and model development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a Development, Data Science, or Analytics role.
- Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages and tools for data analysis.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, or similar.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to effectively present data insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different disciplines and levels of technical understanding.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
