Description
Granules Consumer Health (GCH) is Granules' front-end products division for private label over the counter (OTC) products in the US products. GCH was established in 2014, to offer OTC generics that meet the highest level of quality at an affordable cost that is much more affordable than brand name product.
As a Commercial Operations Assistant, you will take lead in sample fulfillment, assist Sales Directors with account specific requirements, and provide weekly updates in the project tracker.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Maintain inventory of available samples, components and other materials needed for mock-ups; identify any potential gaps and replenish when needed.
Keep a tracking log of all samples shipped.
Physical visits to local retailers to obtain samples requested.
Complete Customer/New Vendor forms.
Effectively communicate to team the parts of documents that need to be completed with timelines and follow-up as needed with those accountable for said actions to hit due dates.
Maintain customer portals.
Complete weekly stock status reports for assigned customers.
Item setup with customer and internally
Update and maintain Market Share Database file.
Complete NIRF Forms within 1 week of project kickoff by customer/sales and upload them to GlassCubes
Responding/Assisting other GCH teams (RA/QA, Ops) as needed
Cross train with existing COAs to understand variances of each role.
Timely attention to and completion of requests from upper management
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess strong communication skills (external and internal) and possess the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, execute tactical plans and keep abreast of any changes in the customer base. The ideal candidate must have strong organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow. Having demonstrated success working on cross functional teams tapping into the resources of various departments will be crucial, in addition to having the willingness to see projects through to their completion.
Minimum Experience & Education Required
2+ years of professional work experience in marketing/customer service
High school diploma / G.E.D
Information gathering with internet search tools.
Retail work experience
Basic knowledge of Over The Counter (OTC) medications is a plus.
