Beacon Hill is working with a boutique employee benefits law firm in Washington, D.C. seeking an associate attorney to join the team. Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of experience handling compliance matters on a wide variety of employee benefitts plans. Experience with ERISA, Taft-Hartley, labor unions, PBGC, and the like are a necessity.

Employee Benefits Compliance Associate Attorney Qualifications:

• 2+ years of on-point benefits compliance experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong law school credentials and sophisticated legal practice background
• Licensed to practice with the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in
