My firm is working with a growing financial organization who is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist will have a deep working knowledge of credit and debit card services, payment card network rules relating to chargebacks, and familiarity with Regulation E and best practices

What you will be doing:

• Conduct analysis and process dispute claims in accordance with network operating rules and federal regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the chargeback OR ACH lifecycle
• Interact with our Merchants and Partners for possible fraudulent activity.
• Analyze disputed transactions to determine the appropriate response and documentation requirements.
• Educate clientele and team members on processing guidelines and security measures.
• Ensure chargeback information and documentation are sent to the card brands without error.

Experience and Requirements:

• Merchant and/or payment experience in the financial, ISO or agent environment.
• Regulation E
