Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a unicorn! This is a unique position that's somewhere in between a traditional sales role and a telemarketing role. We're looking for team members with enthusiasm and passion, an aptitude for achievement, and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed. Our ideal candidate will be able to connect with leads over the phone and build rapport with leads and clients. This person will have the drive and determination to push through objections, set appointments, and exceed goals. Passion for people and a desire to serve others is a MUST HAVE! This person will have a sense of urgency, thick skin, and organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in, the daily call volume (approximately 500 - 700 dials per day) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.

Knowledge and understanding of the DC Metro/DMV/Northern Virginia area and real estate market is a plus!

What will you do?

Our Sales Assistants are the engine that drives our business forward! They will work closely with Listing and Buying Specialists, as well as the Operations team in accomplishing our mission, vision, and goals. The daily activities directly affect the revenue of the company, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater levels of success, as well as growing their own skills and real estate sales career. This job will require mental toughness, determination to get a "yes" and not being discouraged by a "no."

These are the standards a high performer will maintain or exceed:
  • Spend up to 90% of your time every day on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers to set appointments for our Agents
  • Cultivate relationships and build rapport over the phone to convert leads to appointments
  • Provide exceptional service to every potential client
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, while maintaining accuracy in the CRM database
  • Take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness.
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
  • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
  • Record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings

  • Exceptional telephone skills-ability to build rapport quickly over the phone

  • Organizational and time management skills

Compensation

Salaried base plus performance-driven bonuses.
