TechWerks is in search of a Project Manager to support Research and Developm

ent efforts within the Research Transition Office (RTO), with a particular focus on the innovation of devices, such as wearable sensors. This pivotal role involves evaluating and enhancing device capabilities to improve warfighter wellness through prevention, assessment, and monitoring. Responsibilities include in-depth research and analysis of advanced development devices, proposing modifications or new developments, designing, and implementing studies, developing algorithms for behavioral health and performance, crafting surveys, assessing user experiences, pioneering new research methods, and overseeing data collection and analysis. The Project Manager will play a key role in a team committed to delivering evidence-based knowledge, protocols, devices, and interventions that aim to elevate the readiness, performance, and resilience of service members, along with their support networks and Department of Defense civilians, both in the current landscape and looking ahead.


In this capacity, the Project Manager will be crucial in advancing the RTO s mission through focused

research and analysis on cutting-edge devices like wearable sensors. This involves a comprehensive

approach to improving warfighter wellness by assessing human factors and psychological health

products, driving device capability enhancements, conducting extensive device studies, and developing

innovative research methodologies. The goal is to ensure comprehensive data collection and analysis,

facilitating the development of interventions that significantly contribute to the well-being and

operational readiness of service members.
