We have been retained by a company headquartered in Central Ohio to seek a
Lead BI Analyst . The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for BI initiatives aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Develop predictive models, forecasting techniques, and other advanced analytical methods to support strategic decision-making.
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data architecture and infrastructure to support BI initiatives.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, department heads, and business users, to understand their needs and deliver insights that drive business value.
Define team priorities, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality BI solutions.
Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the BI team.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, as well as SQL and data visualization techniques.
Prior experience with Cloud technologies, specifically Azure
Experience working with API's to integrate across data platforms. Rest API experience is preferred.
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven insights and BI solutions.
