Job description
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a patient in the home setting. The Patient is a 7 month old female and is located in Sterling, VA . The patient has bronchopulmonary dysplasia and has a gtube, trach and vent so the ideal nurse will have those skills. The available shift times are 7 days/Week 7am-3pm & 11pm-7am (Hours Flexible). *Hourly rate will be further negotiated for RNs.

Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube Feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, Diabetic care, etc.),
Requirements:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) licensures in the state in which the nurse practices in
Current Health Certificate (per facility).
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior RN/LPN experience preferred.
