We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we operate Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers over the phone, leveraging our 100% inbound leads to sell health insurance products.
• Clearly explain the benefits and features of our product, highlighting the $0 monthly cost to attract and retain customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, driving personal and team success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our health insurance solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to effectively convey the value of our product.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we provide assistance in obtaining licenses).
