- **Reports To:**

* >Shipping Group Leader.

- **Description:**

* Performs routine duties required to store, record and ship component parts or finished goods to customers and other destinations as required. Performs a variety of activities requiring communication and support to other departments and performs other work related activities as required.

- **Responsibilities:**

* Compares identification and counts, weighs and measures items of outgoing shipments to verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders and records.

* Pulls, unpacks and examines outgoing shipments, records damaged items, reports damages and shortages.

* May operate forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, cranes or other material handling equipment.

* Receives orders from Production Control and is responsible for filling those orders for shipment.

* Responsible for meeting established quality and quantity levels of work assigned, housekeeping and safe work practices.

* Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies.

* High School Degree, GED or higher.

- **>Experience:**

* Forklift experience.

* Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

* Good mathematical skills
