This individual will work closely with the Professional Development team in overseeing attorney arrivals, transfers, departures, and coordinating internal and external training programs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations to further professional development for attorneys
• Oversee attorney onboarding, orientations, and offboarding
• Coordinates professional development and training initiatives including firm-wide training, CLE programs, and external training
• Manage attorney evaluation processes

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of Professional Development experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience working in a professional services firm
• Knowledge of best practices in professional and career development
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
