Working closely with their customers, they continue to lead the global market delivering high quality, innovative product and service solutions. They are currently looking for Maintenance Technicians in their Urbana, OH location (40 min Northeast of Dayton).They are looking for folks that have strong troubleshooting experience for the manufacturing equipment, people who can troubleshoot and do preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical aspects of equipment. Electrical will be relay logic and safety circuits, the mechanical side will cover pneumatics hydraulics, gear reducers, pumps, steam/condensate for the troubleshooting. They currently have needs on day shift (6am to 4pm), 2nd shift ( 2 pm to 12am) and 3rd Shift (11 pm to 7 am). They need candidates with a strong troubleshooting foundation, and they will train you. Techs need to be team oriented, have positive mindset, be adaptable to daily changes that are based off of business needs to keep the facility running.
Salary DOE, $65 - $80K, full benefits start on your first day. They offer a 401k with match, overtime, a tool allowance, and company paid maintenance schooling. There is a $2,500 sign on after 6 months and an awesome relocation package if needed.
