Annual salary: $235,000 $260,000

We are looking to speak with junior- to mid-level District of Columbia -licensed Patent Litigation associate attorneys looking to leverage their electrical engineering and/or computer engineering background to litigate high-tech patent disputes in US district court and before the US International Trade Commission (ITC); challenge and defend patents in post-grant proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO); and counsel clients on intellectual property issues that arise during commercial transactions.

This is a greatWashington DCopportunity to litigate patent infringement cases from inception through trial, on the plaintiff and defendant side.
