**Description**

***Full-Time: Wednesday-Sunday day shift, (Typically 8:30a-5p) This position is responsible driving residents to appointments, assisting residents with ADLs, including but not limited to; housekeeping, showers, companionship, personal care, grocery shopping, etc. This role requires flexibility, self-motivation, customer service and the ability to work alone.***

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Operate the Wesley Glen vehicles to provide transportation and concierge services to residents in accordance with Wesley Glen policies and procedures.

* Assist residents in and out of the car and assist with their walkers or wheelchairs as needed.

* Complete safety checks (i.e. - make sure all clients have on seat belts; secured wheelchairs with seat belt around client; monitor safety of car/van operation.

* Record and submit all billable services to accounting.

* Must agree **not** to accept any gratuities/gifts from clients or caregivers.

* Document on daily tasks completed including but not limited to distribution of medication and ensure medications are secured.

* Perform receptionist duties and other job duties as needed.

**Job Requirements:**

* Excellent customer service skills in person as well as on the telephone with an attitude and behavior of service for residents and staff at all times.

* Must have the ability to perform receptionist duties as needed

* Must possess a valid Driver's license and a driving record that does not impair Wesley Glen's ability to secure affordable insurance.

* Must be able to drive the bus and be a competent driver.

* Hold a current State of Ohio Driver's License.

* Must have a good traffic record and be willing to submit verification.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively with the older population and be at their service.

* Must demonstrate the ability to speak, read, write and understand information and direction in English.

* Must have the ability to meet all physical demands required for the position.
