**Description**

**Pilot Freight Services** is seeking a full time **Warehouse Manager** to work at our NET HUB located in Groveport, OH. The hours for this position are Tuesday - Saturday 0700 - 1600. HOURS may vary based on business levels.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

? Assist Terminal Manager with general tasks

? Responsible for ensuring safe operations as well as compliance with all OSHA regulations, all

applicable laws, and Pilots Corporate Policies

? Effectively train, supervise, coach and evaluate all direct reports to foster good communications and

morale

? Reviews operational key performance measures monthly as well as benchmarking data to drive any

required correctional or improvement strategies

? Responsible for ongoing process analysis of operational systems, procedures, and staffing to drive

continuous improvement in operating efficiencies

? Oversee the warehouse operations including supervising direct reports

? Overseeing all aspects of the Operations Department and employees

? Delegating duties and responsibilities

? Communicating freight status and any problems to customers, vendors and other Pilot stations and

personnel

? Freight handling via forklift

? Load/Off-load build trucks for optimal routing

? Ops manager is responsible for all the stations domestic KPIs

? Other duties as assigned
