Responsibilities:
- Improve and automate processes to enhance system reliability and optimize costs.
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of systems.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize Bash scripting for automation and system maintenance tasks.
- Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.
- Configure and modify CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Experience with compiling and/or integrating compiled open-source tools.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the C2S environment.
- Understand and utilize observability platforms for system monitoring and log inspection. Optional Skills:
- MongoDB administration for efficient database management.
- ElasticSearch administration for effective indexing and searching of data.
- Knowledge of the A&A (Assessment and Authorization) process for system security compliance.
- AWS certification demonstrating proficiency in AWS services.
- Ability to maintain documentation for processes and system configurations. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Bash scripting for automation and system maintenance tasks.
- Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.
- Experience in configuring and modifying CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Familiarity with compiling and/or integrating compiled open-source tools.
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services in the C2S environment.
