Im looking for a Real Estate SalesPerson. Brand new, or experienced!
Im a Broker Associate at Keller Williams Capital Partners, one of the largest real estate companies in Central Ohio! I have a unique position in the industry Im a full-time real estate mentor! Ive mentored more than 100 agents over the past decade. Many of the agents Ive mentored have gone on to very successful sales careers, winning numerous awards for sales production. Now Im looking for both new and experienced agents to join my growing team!
Our office is located in Worthington, just minutes from Westerville, Dublin, Lewis Center, Powell, and Polaris, with a second office opening soon in Clintonville!
Real estate agents work with home buyers and sellers, negotiate purchase contracts, coordinate financing and inspections, and market properties for sale. As an agent, youre involved in ALL aspects of a residential real estate transaction. Its not always glamorous and its not always easy. But its extremely rewarding!
I have 29 years of real estate experience and have sold nearly 2,500 homes. I had a mentor when I began my real estate career, so I know how crucial it is to have that guidance. Statistically, 87% of those who get into a real estate career fail within the first 2 years. While I cant promise that everyone will succeed, I can certainly help to increase your odds exponentially!

Responsibilities:
Working with home buyers:
Determining buyers wants and needs
Explaining the different types of agency relationships
Educating buyers about current market conditions
Setting up property searches and finding available properties to view
Setting up home showings
Writing and negotiating offers
Helping buyers obtain financing
Helping to coordinate home inspections and negotiate repair requests
Coordinating appraisals
Seeing transactions through to closing and buyer possession
Working with home sellers:
Determining the value of homes by analyzing recent sales and market trends
Explaining the different types of agency relationships
Making recommendations to make homes more appealing to buyers
Creating a marketing plan for listings
Photographing properties, or arranging professional photography
Arranging title searches
Hosting open houses and property tours
Negotiating offers and buyer repair requests
Coordinating appraisals
Scheduling closing
Seeing transactions through to closing
Qualifications:
A license is needed to practice real estate sales in Ohio.
There are 4 classes totaling 120 hours that must be taken prior to taking the state licensing test. I can assist you in finding a school that suits your needs. Classes can be taken online (self-paced) or in person. Livestream options are available too. I can also offer you studying assistance to help you prepare for the test! Or, if you're already licensed, I can help you with an easy and seamless transfer of your license.
Good self-discipline and organizational skills are essential traits for a real estate agent
An outgoing, friendly personality is also extremely important!
The best real estate agents have excellent communication skills!
A sales background is helpful, but certainly not required. Real estate agents come from many different backgrounds.
As a real estate agent, a business mindset is a must!
