**Your Responsibilities as a General Laborer/Operator (Stormwater/Wet Utilities):**

* Perform field labor including landscaping, light construction, and maintenance repairs for properties as directed.

* Operate hand-held tools and landscaping and light construction equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, mini-excavator, etc.

* Ensure safe work practices on all project work.

* Apply construction techniques.

* Learn regulations and compliance techniques.

* Document field observations.

* Oversee and coordinate subcontractor activity.

* Achieve related industry certification.

* Account for project materials and equipment.

* Actively develop your own career path.

**What we're looking for:**

* GED or High School Diploma.

* 3-5 years of construction experience.

* OSHA HAZWOPER certification, a plus.

* Ability to work independently and provide subcontractor oversight.

* Experience with operation of heavy construction equipment (e.g. skid loader, backhoe, excavator), hand tools.

* Able to perform manual labor.

* Knowledge of sediment and erosion control.

* General carpentry and plumbing experience is helpful.
