Property Accountant (1 day work from home)

We're currently seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join our team. Offering competitive compensation up to $70,000 with a 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits, this role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate accounting. As a Property Accountant, you will play a crucial role in leading property-level reporting for a portfolio of assets within a larger industrial fund or portfolio. Under the supervision of Portfolio Accountants and the Accounting Manager, you'll be responsible for various accounting functions to support our rapidly growing enterprise. This position offers a work arrangement of 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
1-2 years of accounting experience in commercial real estate.
Experience with Yardi accounting software preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
Prior knowledge of development accounting is advantageous.
