* Maintain productivity standards, perform changeovers, use gauges and other tools to perform their own quality inspections and record data into computer programs and systems

* Must pay significant attention to detail, must be self-motivated, and must be able to function as a member in a team environment

* Cooperate and communicate with all levels of the department and organization

* May be called to work on other Assembly areas as needed

* Maintain productivity standards and perform changeovers while exhibiting cooperation and communication skills

* Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Blueprint reading

* Computer skills

* Mechanical aptitude

* Knowledge of current quality specifications

* Communication ability
