This is a full-time position based out of our Minnetonka, Minnesota office and offers the ability for a hybrid work schedule.

Accountabilities:
- Own and manage assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close cycle.
- Lead the building of the next level expense reporting process and solution for Rainbow that will deliver timely and accurate expense reporting across Business Units and departments.
- Leverage high level data intelligence capabilities and creativity to bring ongoing improvements in how key management information is surfaced and communicated.
- Own and manage aspects of the annual audit and tax process.
- Be a leader, be coachable and a coach, and engage with business partners and teams to produce breakthrough results.
- Crosstrain across financial team roles as backup.
Qualifications:
- S. or equivalent with a major in accounting or related discipline.
- High-level skill and experience with MS Excel (Pivot, Lookup, and other data manipulation).
- Superior math and analytical skills.
- 2+ years of industry or public accounting experience.
- Ability to speak in public and communicate to groups, individuals, and various levels of the Company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Acumatica or other G/L accounting software.
- Concur administration experience.
- VENA reporting tool or similar financial reporting platform.
