Description
SSI is seeking an experienced program management professional with in-depth knowledge and hands-on work in the field of cyber security and RMF to support a new classified contract in Maryland. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact with the customer, managing a team of 25-35 cyber security professionals in their daily duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Manage the performance, cost, and schedule of the project.
Organize, plan, and direct all contractor support activities.
Formulate and review deliverable items and ensure conformance with all prescribed standards and schedules.
Manage the day-to-day activities and directly responsible for supervision of the personnel assigned to this task order.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of project performance/status reports.
Interface with project personnel and key stakeholders on a continuous basis.
Requirements
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or Mathematics.
Project Management Professional (PMP) required or equivalent certification.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the above-cited duties.
Experience with leading or supervising a team and working as part of an integrated product team (IPT) to deliver services to customers.
Must have experience with government contracting and meeting monthly deliverables.
Must possess strong customer service, problem solving, oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work and lead under pressure in a complex and changing environment.
Must be local to and able to work onsite as needed at Ft. Meade when not telecommuting.
Must have an active TS clearance and eligible for SCI.
Salary Description
$175,000 - $190,000
