The Bilingual Customer Support Representative is the in-house link between our customers and our Response Team 1 technicians. The Customer Support Representative will field all customer order requests and billing phone calls, and develop the day-to-day schedule for Response Team 1 technicians and assist in routing all technicians, in conjunction with the base manager. This position is full time, often includes overtime hours and may require some evening hours and Saturdays, as necessary.

* Field all incoming customer order requests within assigned region.

* Maintain company database (NetSuite) through order entry and customer updates.

* Schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer need.

* Input daily management and sales customer calls and updates.

Track technician payroll hours, commissions, and PTO requests for Human Resources

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Have an exceptional phone presence and a customer building attitude

* Dispatch experience in a service company is a big plus

* Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) type minimum 50 wpm

* Able to perform all duties with minimal supervision

* Multi-task with the ability to prioritize large volumes of work.

* Legally eligible to work in the United States.

* Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

* Applicant must be Bilingual.
