What You Will Do :

As a PeopleSoft HCM - Lead Business Analyst, you will help lead the requirements elicitation, analysis, fit/gap, design, testing and implementation of major enhancements and operations & maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM system in production. This includes development and maintenance of interfaces, reports, conversions, and other technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application.You will help lead our clients and the project team through a structured process to analyze, design, test, and deploy the solutions per client requirements. Define and execute on a robust plan to ensure all client requirements are met, while leading the team to continuously innovate and streamline the application functionality and data quality assurance/testing process. Our professionals help our clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals willing to architect and develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the areas of technical competency, business development, client service and people development

What You Will Need :US Citizenship

- A contractual requirements for this position.The successful candidate will have proven experience working with business process owners for requirements elicitation, functional design, testing and deployment based on PeopleSoft HCM for commercial entities and Federal agencies5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM business processes, enhancements, operations & maintenance, testing and deployment experience7+ years of overall experience in systems requirements, design, testing, deployment and production support of applications or systemsMinimum of 3 years of experience with PeopleTools 8.55 or aboveExperience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2Experience in drafting requirement, fit/gap, functional design specifications and test plans for application modifications, enhancements, or customizationsStrong knowledge of process improvements, process documentation, business and gap analysis, communications, and change managementExperience investigating complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutionsExperience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and QueryExperience with writing complex SQL statements and designing custom modulesAbility to communicate in a clear and concise manner both oral and written documentationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and take solution ownershipExperience working in an Agile environment

$94,900.00-$142,300.00.
