Overview of the Health Services Sr. Business Analyst and Architect:

• Design and develop end to end business capability models
• Investigate, break down and analyze functions of roles in each department
• Identify key functions and establish work flows
• Interact with business and contribute to performance updates, creation and process improvement
• Develop actionable reports and make presentations on business maturity assessments
• Establish projects to enhance business capabilities in coming years
• Lead, mentor and develop team

Qualifications for the Health Services Sr. Business Analyst and Architect:

• Bachelors degree strongly preferred; Masters ideal
• TOGAF familiarity
• TOGAF Certification a plus
• IIBA Certification a plus
• Health plan business architecture experience needed
• Visio
• Microsoft Office Suite
