Responsibilities:

Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams within the NS2 Cloud organization

Clear understanding of capturing business process requirements as well as cloud technical requirements for SaaS technologies

Technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance

Assist PMO Directors to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices

Communicate project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers.

Manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects

Work with technical and non-technical teams, including Operations, Support, Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering teams, and QA teams for efficient and effective delivery and resolution of project issues and escalations

Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of Technical Project/Program management experience or deep technical knowledge of Cloud Product solutions and customer usage experience

2+ years

of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience

Certifications: PMP or CSM preferred

Proficiency in M.S. Project, M.S. Office required

Experience with ServiceNow product implementations, upgrades, and expansion

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

A high standard for work ethic and quality is required

Experience working with highly technical teams
