I.T. PROJECT MANAGER

IN OUR OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

We are looking for an experienced project management resource to join our team at the Ohio Department of Development. In this position, you will be a liaison between the Information Technology Office and the business units we serve to deliver requested projects on-time, within budget, and in scope. This position will manage application development projects mainly in the Salesforce technology. Salesforce is the enterprise platform utilized by the department. In this position, you will gain experience using Salesforce, a leading Customer Relationship Management platform.

What You'll Do As An I.T. Projects Manager

Manage all projects with focus on schedule management, risk management, scope management, change management, and communications managementWork with project resources to secure project work estimatesProvide project transparency with status reports and KanBan board updatesServe as a business analyst to understand project requirements and document deliverablesProvide project documentation and lessons learned that assist in managing future projectsCoordinate with IT leadership to secure project resourcesHelp the Project Management Office (PMO) enhance standards and methodologiesObserve and monitor the stable deployment of solutionsPerforms other duties as assigned

This position is required to work in the office Monday-Friday with flexibility in starting and ending times. The job is located in the Vern Riffe building, 77 South High St. Columbus, OH 43215
