Serve as the O&M Lead as part of a collaborative agile team.Refine and enhance existing applications to better meet the customer's requirements.Design, develop, and provide O&M for multiple tools, as well as helping develop solutions to software architecture programs and broad design solutions.Participate in software development efforts through all aspects of the software engineering life cycle including scope and work estimation, design, documentation, implementation, testing and integration.Must be a dynamic, innovative, self-starting problem solver.Must have the aptitude and attitude to tackle unsolved technical challenges.Ensure users are provided efficient and timely support to incidents and service requestsEnsure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of all servicesImplement and maintain system monitoring tools/metrics to ensure the health of servicesCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance on policy requirements and adherence to best practicesSupport the team in the creation and maintenance of standard operating proceduresIdentify opportunities to increase efficiencies through process updates/changes and/or automation

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, OR relevant experienceMinimum of 9 years of relevant experience4+ years of experience working in software engineering, application development and/or web application development and deploymentMust be able to design, develop, and provide O&M for multiple toolsProvide assistance with developing solutions to software architecture programs and broad design solutionsExperience with Cloud Computing Platforms, including AWS cloud deploymentsParticipate in software development efforts through all aspects of software engineering life cycle (including scope and work estimation, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and integration)Experience with Ruby on Rails, or the ability to very quickly learn outside of workFamiliar with Test Driven and Behavior Driven Design/Development concepts and librariesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve issuesAbility to review code written by others and provide constructive feedbackExperience with incident and problem managementProven experience in implementing process and quality improvementsShould be a dynamic, innovative, self-starter, and problem solver with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasksUnderstanding of Scrum and Agile processesFamiliar with Cucumber and RspecYour Name:
